Does the landlord has the absolute control? I mean I see that the tenant can send the maintenance request directly to Lula. How aboriginal the tenant decides for any reason not to tell the landlord?

What if I have my own contractor and don’t want the request to be automatically dispatched to Lula. Can I just use the maintenance tool for just tracking and record purposes?
