My experience with fast food restaurants since Covid: they never get the order right, food is always cold, service is terrible. This was tolerable at 2018 prices, but as it becomes more expensive the mistakes become more glaring. It’s unacceptable to keep raising the prices but the experience doesn’t get any better. Inflation is just an excuse. If you charge $15 for a value meal, you need to get the order right, and it needs to be hot and fresh.
@horcruxesno73 күн бұрын

@HansHageman-n5r3 күн бұрын
@@horcruxesno7 I use the app or the in-store kiosk, but there are still a lot of mistakes. Mainly the problem is that the food isn’t made well: the chicken McNuggets and fries are delicious if they’re hot and fresh, but they almost never are. I didn’t mind when it was 99 cents, but the more they charge the less tolerant I am of the poor quality.
@UmmYeahOk3 күн бұрын
@@HansHageman-n5rMaybe change locations? I’ve never had this issue unless I bring it home. I mean, being cold would imply that it sat out forever. Space is limited, so they really wouldn’t ever do that unless they had to bring it out to your car, and they were slammed busy, so they decided to bring ALL of the curb side orders out at once, rather than per order as ready. But even then, after waiting over ten minutes for them to bring out an order, it was still warm when I first attempted to eat it elsewhere in the parking lot.
@HansHageman-n5r3 күн бұрын
@@UmmYeahOk The issue is the employees’ tendency to make food in giant batches, so it’s held for too long before it’s served. The official sanctioned holding time for the fries is 7 minutes after being taken out of the hot oil, but usually there’s a mountain of fries (over-salted) under the heat lamps that will obviously take much longer to use. Chicken nuggets and patties can be held in the warming pans for 20 minutes, but I’ve been sold ones that are more that are more than an hour past holding time. The worst offender is the Filet O Fish, delicious if it’s fresh, but rock hard and inedible when it’s not. At a whopping $7 per sandwich, it’s a bitter pill if it’s not made right.
