They're leaving the area, PERIOD! 3 major carriers won't insure Florida.

The folks from up north came down with their CovidCootie induced cash windfalls, paid a price for homes that will only lead to major losses in equity, drove up insurance costs and real estate taxes as a result of the falsely inflated home prices, and now they get left holding the bag. This is what happens when govmint interjects with a major round of cash subsidies and attempts to "influence" a market. You can do it for a short time, but the market eventually bites back. I have zero sympathy for those who were willing to pay "whatever price it takes to get in before prices go even higher!" Time to pay the piper. If you think this hurricane left destruction, you ainn seen nothing yet. You are going to be "shocked!" when you see what the "real" market does.

If you go back to Keaton Beach hopefully you can go to Dark Island again. My family had owned a home on Dark Island for many years. It was a great place to spend summers. Our house was 6-7th house from the end on the left of the dead end. I hope it survived ❤❤❤ Thank you for the coverage ❤

We evacuated to NPR and were evacuated from there yesterday. We stayed in Countryside area in Clearwater last night, kept losing power and power is out still. So much damage the farther you go north. We live in Largo, Zone D and our place is perfect, never lost power. Debbie flooded our house so we left. Just never know.
