Hey man....I am a forty-six year old U.S. Army veteran. I have PTSD, Depression, Bipolar Disorder and Avoidant Personality Disorder (among other things). I was born into a very dysfunctional family and was raised in a very shitty part of Chicago (which gave me Urban PTSD-yes, there is such a thing). I also want you to KNOW just how proud of you I am. I am proud of you for taking this huge step in making your vlogs and allowing us viewers into your life and struggles. You are not alone! I wonder why your care providers didn't check your lab results for Low-T. I know that you are a younger man, but it still seems to be something that should not be overlooked. The Low-T could have been why you were unknowingly self-medicating with alcohol. It sounds like the vivisol (?) shot was what your body needed to push you over the edge into the full-blown Low-T symptoms nightmare. One thing I have had to learn over the years is that our bodies begin to fall apart a lot sooner than we are led to believe. I didn't think I'd have any issues until I turned fifty or sixty. Nope! Shit started going wrong when I was thirty to thirty-one years old, and it has just gotten worse as I have aged. Please become more realistic with the rules you set for yourself! Become more loving, kind and accepting of the fact that the real you is not your physical body. It is going to start to fall apart over time. I'm at the place now where I have to do about two to three hours of treatments per day for my gout, arthritis (which is even in my hands) etc. on top of showering, shaving, etc. I see myself becoming a slow paced grandpa and I am only forty-six! You are going to have to redefine for yourself what you will now consider happiness and what personal success looks like one day at a time at this new "age and stage" of your life. I hope with all my heart that you can find a loving self-acceptance for all of your strengths and weaknesses. I've ranted long enough. God Bless you man!

Larry. Because the imbecile doctors look at the lab "norms" shown on blood test reports. The scale may show that 300 - 890 is "normal", but that is the normal scale for ALL ages. The idiot doctors do not take age into account, so when they see a 25 year old, even a 50 year old, with a reading of 300-350, they're going to say that the T is "normal". It is not!!!

Maybe you have heavy metals in your body. You need to do a hair test mineral yo check your levels, because mercury and lead and other metals can cause a lot of dieseases.

WILLIAM ROGERS You would probably feel even better by dividing that dose and injecting 1/4 per week, rather than all of it at once per month. You'll be getting some pretty mountainous highs injecting that much, meaning more estradiol and DHT, and after a few weeks it'll be close to being gone, leaving you back to feeling meh. Best of luck.

I am new to your channel as of today. I decided to scroll back through and see how you started your channel. I have to say I rarely every comment on videos but this one is SO REAL I had to say something. Your channel has come a really long way in the years since this video. I havn't seen too many maybe 5 videos of your recent stuff plus this original one. The way that this original video ties in to your development is amazing. I mean development from not only the issues that you are dealing with and have dealt with but also from a youtuber's point of view. You started with honesty. You could seriously do a series for other people who are thinking about starting a youtube channel and give all the advise that you have learned. You have 105k subscribers as of my writing this. Maybe you have thought of this already idk but I'd love it if you started an offshoot channel that just only talks about your youtube journey, what you have learned and a "how to" sort of "create your own youtube channel" thing. I wouldn't mix it in with this channel because your current theme is so valuable you wouldn't want to dilute it. But you could cross promote this channel with the new one. No doubt include this original video compared to your recent ones and do a case study with the new channel about your progress on youtube and insights for others who want to start their own channel. Sorry for the long wind. You are real man. You deserve rewards for what you have done here. I wish you all the monetization success in the world for your channel ( i know that is not the reason you made the channel in the first place but you deserve payment anyway). Stay with it man and stay strong forever!

Thanks for making this video, man. I came to find your video, as I've been going through a deep depression (plus CPSTD) for the past 18 months. At my lowest point, I was really feeling like i was not living in reality. I was getting suicidal thoughts, but with no desire to act upon them, but was scared that I would end up going it 'by accident' when in a low state. It was then that I decided to get professional help. I started getting psychotherapy last month, and my therapist also suggested that I might have low testosterone levels. Glad to have found your video. Thanks for sharing.

Had a full mental breakdown earlier this year, feeling lonely, depressed, massive panic attacks, derealization thinking about suicide which was making me feel like i was going crazy cos im petrified of dying. Got put on cymbalta...got better but i was spending more time around family and friends so im not sure it worked. I didnt wanna be on drugs that fucked with my brain chemistry so i got off. im ok now but still semi depressed. Dr will not accept i have low t despite having the t levels of an 85 yr old. I have purchased clomid illegally and will be taking 25 mgs a day for 6 weeks to hopefully bring my t levels up to a decent level. Apparently a lot of guys have had good results with clomid and the t levels have stayed elevated. Hopefully it is the same for me. All the best bro. Im sure we will both feel better.

Fellas, look into magnesium, iodine and selenium deficiencies (thyroid / endocrine dysfunction) and the HPA axis before being seduced into weekly shots or a daily cream. It's easy to take an iodine pill. But once you start taking testosterone injextions, your balls will shut down - you will lose the ability to make it yourself and you will forever be dependent. Something to really really think about.

Have you ever been checked for sleeping disorders like Obstructive Sleep Apnea? Most doctors treat symptoms and not the cause. Sleep disorders cause depression, high blood pressure, low testosterone, impotence, mood disorders and that is just the beginning. There is a survey you can find online called the Epworth daytime sleepiness scale. Take the survey it only takes 30 seconds and if you test likely to have a sleep disorder talk to your doctor.

@@ashleytaylor994 It did help me. It was the underlying cause of basically not being able to get around and do things (stay in my room and not leave basically.) Also, I give myself a weekly shot because other methods led to fast reductions in the amount of T I had in my system which caused all kinds of emotional issues like crying!! it's one of these things no one will understand unless they go through it, it's powerful stuff, I went through some sort of mental state in the year 2000, still to this date I'm having a problem excepting It was depression, it was just to powerful I mean the unbelievable powerfulness of it was just stupid, at my worst time of it all I was waking up early hours going crazy curled up at the side of my bed crying, I would only stop crying because of the amount of pressure in my head this was going on for five nights, on the fifth night I would awake my eyes opened and as soon as I shut my eyes I felt this powerful thud/jolt in my head after that I carried on sleeping, and then when I awoke that afternoon I was like 40/50% better mentally, I've never been right since, I've been on testogel since 20/1/1016 with very little improvement, it was my daughter aged 7 at the time I believe it was her that saved me from suicide and me being constantly reminded of her from people saying it's her I've got to think about, it was her little distraught face I see when I closed my eyes every night, it must be horrible for a 7 year old or anyone else for that matter to go through the loss of someone they love from suicide.

is depersonalization disorder when you dont feel your body? like when i look at the surroundings through a reflection it looks real an6d when i look at my face through a view finder, like on my cam program on my computer i feel connected. and that same feeling i have(which is normal) i had when i took a valium once, i could feel my face. is this derealization? is this depersonalization? i got it from smoking weed excessively with bad highs when i was a teenager. im wondering if this is psychosis or dp

patrick denham DP can be a bit different for everyone but I does sound like you are describing it in some ways.

At what level could a young man benefit from TRT? I've been on and off depressed since 13 and one time I found out about low T and I had my level measured. I did it three times and all of them where around 475 ng/dl. My doctor says it's fine but I don't believe it. I also got child bearing hips and baby wrists wich make me doubt if my estrogen and test are balanced too. Do you have any idea what could be the deal? I'm at that point where I don't know wheter or not I should believe my own mind anymore.
@bignoknow10 жыл бұрын
666lkg666 475 is not optimal but its won't be considered low at all by the medical community. Now, could you benefit from being closet to 800?? Hell yes! Its that shitty in between spot that you are in which sucks. I was 150ng/dl at my lowest draw, a number dr.'s can't ignore. You should for sure get a comprehensive panel drawn to make sure all your blood work from lipids to hormones are in balance. You might be right about the estrogen. Sorry for your struggle bro.

bignoknow Thanks for your quick response, I appreciate that. My doctor won't draw blood test anymore because he think's I'm just being paranoid. I'm ordering my own blood tests now cause I know it's worth the money to find out what's the deal. Now I just hope that I'll ever find a doctor who is specialized in these things since TRT is not really available here in holland (except for an anti-aging clinic that tries to talk people into buying thousands of supplements a day wich I think is a bit over the top.)

***** Or you could just be depressed???????????? there are like million reasons to be depressed dude, low T is just one of them, so yeah, you seem definitely paranoid and obviously just clawing for a easy solution.

Noah: I hope you read this and respond. I commented on a previous Vlog of yours and I'm writing this one because I found out that I may have low testosterone. I'm a forty-seven-year-old man and my recent lab result was 84. A man my age should be 250+. I would like to begin sharing my insights with you since I also have Bipolar Disorder, Major Depression, Anxiety, P.T.S.D. and several other things. I want you to know that I am not a weirdo or freak that you or your wife will have to worry about. I say this because I think that we can really help each other out and, since you don't know me, I need to let you know that my intentions are honest and honorable. I hope you take the chance of sharing your insights and questions with me as I will with you and we can be supportive of each other. God Bless you, sir! Larry R. Parker
