Major Dick Winters Full 2011 Memorial Service - Band of Brothers

A memorial service for Major Richard "Dick" Winters, made famous in the HBO "Band of Brothers" series, was held at the Hershey Theatre in Pennsylvania on March 19, 2011. Winters had passed away on January 2. Speakers at his memorial service included close friends and screenwriters. Tom Hanks was in attendance. The service was telecast live by WGAL and later re-aired by the Pennsylvania Cable Network. We hope this program will allow viewers to reflect on the major's life of service.

The men of whom fought, bled & died amidst WWII were some of the bravest men to ever live. Dick Winters is no exception. A leader & the type of man that all of us men, strive to be. His humbleness & his sacrifices will always be remembered in some capacity.
