Always enjoy watching your videos. Very informative and helpful. I wanted to give you a heads up on the cabinet hardware you chose in the kitchen (and maybe the bathrooms as well). They are very nice looking and popular but I live with them in my house and there is a problem with them. When you are moving around your kitchen your clothes can catch on the ends of the pulls, which is really annoying! If , instead you had the same look but with the ends closed it would look just as good and function much better. Keep up the great work! 😇

Thanks for the feedback! I know what you mean! I actually started using square black drawer pulls now like in this video: kzbin.info/www/bejne/aWO6g4OMbpehfZY. They look super sleek and don't have that issue anymore. :)

Wow! I have often wondered how people can live like this too. I have watched real estate shows in the UK, the condition of some rental flats, to me are unlivable, but they rent for over $2,000£ or sell for near a half a million pounds. You did wonderful as usual. I have binged on your videos. Kudos from Texas.

Your structural and cosmetic renos are impressive. However, in older homes there are usually other issues which need to be addressed to bring the house up to code such as termite abatement, re-piping old plumbing lines, electrical upgrades, lead paint and asbestos removal. You never mention these problems. How do your homes pass inspection?

Construction phase took 2 months but how long was planning and permit phase? Do you have any tips on how to take permit fast? City normally take about 4-6 weeks to give permit. Thank you.
@TransformRealEstate4 жыл бұрын
We usually start applying for permits as soon as I purchase the house, so if the seller needs a rent back, that time would be used to apply for permits too. It helps to apply for kitchen and bath over the counter permits first and a separate permit for any structural changes so your contractor can start some work first.
