Yup, my battery cut out after only 2800 miles right before a 600 mile day trip. Had to jump start it to get it to a autozone where I picked up a new battery. Runs like it always should have now. Side note.. highly recommend the duralast DL-800L battery jumper/phone charger. Takes up minimal storage in the saddle bag and is great for a quick jump or a charge on your phone. That OEM battery is absolutely GARBAGE

more useful info again! thanks for the upload. i bought a 2021 (used) scout bobber a couple of weeks ago off of facebook marketplace. it is a beautiful machine. simply wonderful. but, i went to my garage today to simply start it and run it for a bit just to make sure the battery would be ok. i work in healthcare patient bedside. so, i can go for days without even seeing it. but i am still dreaming that i am riding it. i live near gettysburg Pa and there are a multitude of back country roads to ride on. the other day i was off from work. i wanted to go for a 'short ride.' almost 65 miles later i got home. btw, facebook, not a fan. only to buy indian scout bobbers. always enjoy your videos.

Had the same issue with my Scout. When I took it to the dealership they would not warranty it. They said it was not the battery that came in the bike. I bought it brand new and bike was only four months old. Had to pay $300 for them to install a new battery. And it was still not a “Polaris” battery.

Exactly. Ended up being a bad starter solenoid. And bad battery. They ended up going to a battery place in town and charging me for it. That battery didn’t last 2 months. The last battery got my self has lasted 3 years.

This has been continuous problem for me on my 2021 Scout Bobber Sixty. Along with that, the leak at the grommet that leaks near the stator. My dealer told me that my stator was bad yet they told me I could continue to ride the bike regardless which did not make a lot of sense to me as the stator creates the spark for the bike. I continued to ride the bike another 7500 miles over this past season with the stator being bad according to the dealership. This makes no sense. If the stator is bad the bike shouldn't start at all correct? Or, am I just running on the battery and that is why I keep having problems with batteries in the bike? I recently purchased the anti-gravity 360 battery, thought the 480 was a bit over kill. Waiting for it to come in. Any comments, suggestions and replies are most welcome!! Thank you.

My factory battery went bad only 3 months after I bought it. Had roughly 500 miles on it. Called the dealer and was told he was being honest told me the stock batteries are garbage and recommended me to replace it with a non stock battery. So after that bought a tender and a new agm Duracell but went out this morning it started but threw a check engine light. Low voltage even after just unplugging from the tender. Wouldn't start thank you Jesus I was only a block from home so just turned around and parked it back in the garage. The Duracell had a two year warranty I bought it a week over a year ago lol.
