Hey chud how does your clutch engage system work on major --- Murray ? I have a few of those MTD/Yardmachines/tradesman GT 1848 with the high/low gear down in the center and thenThey have cvt style infinite speed selector that gives a range of 1-7 on the fender. I just don't know how this would hold up if i do a pulley swap. Bypass it and do custom clutch engage with just high/low or see what the cvt thing does and send it?
@redneck_auto_tech2 жыл бұрын
Sadly they don't hold up to pulley swaps
@chud3272 жыл бұрын
Mine does not have cvt speed selectors, it is just pulleys and belt. We did pulley swap a couple of fnr's, but have not put a bunch of use on them. So far they are doing great. thanks for watching.
@J_Beazy2232 жыл бұрын
Ok thanks. Good to hear. I didn't think the cvt selector would hold up to pulley swapping from the experience ive seen so far. Chud I believe you have another video with a custom clutch engage set up. Im looking for other ideas.
