Oh man if I lived in the Midwest I would hire your brother in a heartbeat! We just bought our house here in WA and I would die for the whole pantry/mudroom space with custom built-ins. My son and oldest daughter had a lady come before Christmas and helped me declutter from my pourch to my whole house we decluttered one day and she cleaned the next day....we had accumulated stuff from both our parents great aunt and step mother in Law when they died..then from my 4 grown children.....I felt like I could breathe again in my house!!

Sarah, you should totally talk your brother into starting a KZbin channel! I’m not even kidding! I know there are tons of “how to” videos out there, but his style (to me) is amazing and everything he has done, that you have shared with us, looks beautiful and the craftsmanship is amazing! I feel like he (as well as you) can take any space/thing and turn it into something not only useful but pleasing to the eye and functional! So many times I’ve had ideas of what I’d want to do with a certain space in my home, but could never get the plans I had in my head out in the open… he seems to be able to take ideas and then put them together… (to me that’s super rare to find! Especially these days!) if he maybe did a beginner how to of things.. even like this video or even just floating shelves and go over what tools and supplies you would need to what brands are good and what to stay away from… I’d watch every episode he put out! With the way the economy is and the likely hood of it getting better anytime soon along with inflation, building things on your own and investing in tools seems to be a good idea.. I’m sure like many others, we want and would like to do things like this, but have absolutely no idea where to start and trying to remember the one required wood shop class I had to take in middle school does not help me much 😂😂 Maybe pass this along 🤷🏻‍♀️ I’m sure he is a pretty busy man, but honestly I could see a KZbin channel for him growing pretty fast and have a good amount of views…
