Is this the most Asian of the Italian pastas? Angel Hair Stir Fry (Singapore Noodle knock-off)

Angel hair is easily my favorite pasta. I use it in my spaghetti dishes all the time as well as stir fry. My favorite local "build-your-own" stir fry restaurant has them as an option as well.

I’m retired and will make this for my husband and myself. We always have Angel hair pasta in the house. My husband’s favourite. And I like the garam masala instead of curry powder…I think husband would prefer.
