When I have connected to Honda activa self is not working.Only Light and horn is working. I have done bypass also but it is not working. Can you explaine the reason please.

It's better to charge the battery from seperate source than charging it with bike's alternator. Isolate the alternator from battery will be a prudent way.

Extremely unsafe Especially when you are using it for e bike , soldering will ruin cell quickly and may be blast anytime , electrolytes maybe got damaged . Spot welding is highly recommended for 18650 cells
