i have nichrome wire but its much thicker than the one shown in the video....it doesnt heat up even if i hook up a 12v dc supply to it.... so can you please specify the diameter of the wire and the length used....and links to buy the wire with these specifications online... thank you

sorry because i have no link to buy online for you. The wire in video i got it from old heater. if you use 12V DC supply, you can get wire from old bulb. You can see in this video: kzbin.info/www/bejne/rIi4cp6PfLx5sMk. Thanks!
