I have a large saw blade that i would like to do this with. the blade is rusty, i figure i'll just sand it down a little bit, spray paint it, find a clock template have a print shop blow it up to size, you said they cut it out of vinyl, but i'm wondering what that sticker-aplicator for the vinyl is called so i don't sound like a babbling idiot when i go to a local shop to get them to do the template for me. hope to hear some advice from you, if not either way thanks for the idea. genius.
