You have some problem as me, I do not think we are ugly but that we lack self confidence, so I also looked into this and found the program lacking; for even I think I am a bit ugly I do not want to look like a young girl, and the program could not make any rounder person not any that looked a bit more adult, I could not even extend my nose to any European or Scandinavian size (16 1/2 cm). I definitely want to see tutorials on hair and layered clothing. I toyed around with VRoid Studio a few weeks ago and was able to make an okay looking model and export it to Blender and eventually VRChat... however I downloaded a pre-baked hair style from the VRoid page instead of trying to customize my VRoid's hair. I don't have very good dexterity using a mouse, so I might load VRoid studio onto my tablet computer and try using a stylus to get better details. Clothing seems like it will be my real challenge and that is also hampered by the fact that I am trying to make a male model. There is very little representation of male models on VRChat, so I am trying to make something I can feel comfortable using. I cut down the coat as well to make a jacket on my character, but when exported it left over all of the bones in the original jacket. You can remove these bones in Blender, but it's tricky as I am completely new to blender as well. lol Hopefully with more practice I will be able to make something interesting that will make me happy. I am glad you are making more content along these lines, as I really like the rest of the content you have made on your channel! Please keep up the good work!

@Chris-bn1vt3 жыл бұрын
Like MakeHuman, only MakeHuman does not have any texturing tools really. The idea with MakeHuman is to quickly make a model, then export it to say Blender or Zbrush, and for texturing something like Substance if you really want the best and if you want to be fancy there are Marvelous Designer and Clo3D for clothing, but Blender did recently also introduce cloth simulation. I notice with many of these programs made for virtual characters that they are Japanese though English is an option, many things aren't translated. One thing that I notice from watching these videos is, collision detection, which seems to still be a big problem.

I punish those who pose a threat to fellow Vtubing comrades. My eyes grow bigger, but the pupils grow darker within my cold red iris of a million children's souls. I hit the gym every day taking more Vroids. 100 pull ups on my pinky finger in the matter of 10 seconds. Nothing can contain me. Nothing can stop me. My power grows day by day, stream by stream, soul by soul within the pit of my soulless black heart. And that's why you don't take Vroids now. Phia, teach a better and safer example next time.
