Make a Filigree Opal Pendant: A Silversmithing Tutorial

This tutorial shows how to make an ornate filigree pendant with a beautiful Ethiopian Opal. This is an Intermediate level project. For materials, I used 18 gauge sterling round wire, 14 and 16 gauge sterling square wire, and 3/16 inch (4.76 mm) fine silver bezel strip in 28 gauge. As always, I use hard silver sheet solder and My-T-Flux from Rio Grande.
