Make a night lamp from epoxy resin and chestnut wood.

I made a night lamp with string light, epoxy resin and old wood.
This lamp illuminates my room cool and fantastic.
Since resin leaked while making the lamp, resin was added.
You don't make mistakes like me.

The wood texture is so interesting... you should have made a silicon mold of it before you used up the 'original', so you could cast the shape again in the future.

hallo einer eine Idee was bei mir schief gelaufen ist. ich habe 2 mal gegossen und beim ersten mal 2h gewartet nun hatte ich gestern mein Epoxidharzplatte mit einer Tischsäge zurecht gesägt und hab später festgestellt das an der Kante es noch flüssig ist und jetzt Luftblasen sieht.

It doesn't look bad, but you shouldn't have painted the beautiful old wood. I think it would have been better to emphasize the age of the wood by just covering it with clear varnish.
