I remember much of my class 30 years ago, and I recalled many things watching the prior videos in the series. But this episode is very good for me; for whatever reason I don’t recall this portion of constructing the chair. Maybe because virtually all of the other steps involved processes that translated to my carpentry career and woodworking, but scraping and sizing “dowels” wasn’t something I ever needed to do. I appreciate this resource.

You got me..I thought I was going to see how you drill the very steep angle holes in the bow, now I'm waiting for #11. Btw, I'm guessing you are only using the bevel squares to show the guys how to do it. I bet you can eye-ball every hole in that chair, (muscle memory) Bring on 11.

Another great tutorial Mike. For clarification, the spindle lengths include the tenon? I assume you're taking next Tuesday off. Merry Christmas!

Excellent job again Mike! Any chance that you will sell the series on DVD? I would certainly purchase one!

I have pondered a CD. Like everything else, it costs money. So, it will depend on the channel' success.
