this is definitely the most simplest version of a sanding block i've ever seen. Even with traditional sanding blocks/holders, they require a second detachable lid with screws you need to tighten on each end. thats 4 separate parts. This simply goes beyond that, requiring almost no extra detachable parts and with a folding mechanism. i really hope you can hold credit for yourself as the first creator of this design since you really opened my eyes on how innovated it is

Похоже , что на фанерной.Чувак с головой.Вот только советую острые грани убрать( снять фаску, дабы не не стиралась в этих местах шлифшкурка).А так идея отличная.Но вот где вы находите такие шарниры.В наших столичных рынках днем с прожектором не сыщешь.Вот искал похожий шарнир-автомат на замену сломанного в футляре для очков.Теперь очки не могу носить с собой: так неудобно!

The tape that he uses to hold things together, and 'clamp' things, is available in Europe, but minimum order quantity 100 rolls. Is there enough interest to put together say 10 people, to order 10 rolls each? Not absolutely sure of the price, but Japanese price is under €2,00 per roll..
