Make a Smooth Cylinder in Blender

Sometimes Blender isn't easy. Something simple as making a smooth cylinder takes a couple extra steps and I cover those today. Fast, easy and hopefully informative.

Legend! Super simple but effective! I been animating stuff in Blender but more recently 3D printing things too, which means I need it to not only "look" smooth but actually "be" smooth! - You got my sub! 🙏🏻

I seem to have non-manifold vertices with the edge split, which causes other problems later on.

Me too, but I noticed that the heading of each column was the menu item to expand. When I did this, exactly like he did, starting from scratch with a cylinder, nothing changed. There's something I'm missing.
