5:30 If you want to add the hub in the centre of an odd-number bladed prop, you can't use Alignment. 2 ways are easiest (1) If you had left the ruler in place and made the centre of the cylinder 0 distance from the ruler in X and Y dimensions, that's the centre of the blades. (2) You could make ten blades based on a rotation of 360/10 =36 degrees, group them all, centre the hub on the group, then ungroup and delete every other blade and you are left with 5 blades and a hub in the middle.

It would have been so smart to have placed the hub when I had the ruler there! Great tip! I like the 10 blade idea too. I was contemplating a shape that matched the outer edges and using the align tool... Once again we are proving there are many ways to Tinker! 💯🔥

ZDP has one in his profile that you can tear apart. Let me know if that helps you figure out how to create your own.

Sir, is it possible to create something by measuring. Like for my camera lense i need to make a cover. How do i take measurements of the circle and use those measurements in tinkercad. Please 🙏🏼

You can measure your item with a ruler or a caliper. You can type those measurements in Tinkercad too. This video shows how the ruler in Tinkercad works. kzbin.info/www/bejne/gnfJi5KYbLSXiMU
