Yeah ago, I went to a superstore in Ph Nigeria to ask if I can be supplying them plantain chips. They said it's this coconut flakes they need, I didn't know how to do it then and they needed it in large quantity. All my efforts to get someone to teach me failed. Thank you for this video, I just got it so perfectly.

Oh wow. And it’s super simple to make. Some people even fry it with coconut oil to make it faster if they are making larger quantities. You can try both methods to see which is faster and easier for you

Nice recipe on coconut chips but please put writings on your video so that we would know some steps, like i thought you baked the chips when you put them on the baking pan at that point we needed to know you simply let it dry 😊. And I wanted to know the part of grater you used. Thank you I like your videos.

I used the medium size, you can use any size you want
