hi(: nice try it looks very delicious but let me give some advice to make it even beter to achive the perfect crossient you should flatten the though only when the butter is soft and you can bend the shit without any resistence your butter was to stiff and second thing is you should give them some time to proof before going to the oven and the shit was to thick while laminating its another problem you had
