you could also use insulation foam just use a dremil tool its messy so i recommend using it out side

MC Vengeance also with the Insulation foam if you have a forge you can take aluminum and pour aluminum into a bucket with sand and insulation foam and it replaces the insulation with aluminum so you have a solid aluminum prop

In some tutorials, I see you putting the uncut template on the foamboard and then applying pressure with a pencil to leave a mark that you use as a guideline when cutting. In others, such as this one, you cut out the template and then trace it on the foamboard. Does it matter which method you use?
