Yes plastic is not good at all for food because of cancer. Ceramic bowl or moinmoin pouch are the bedt . Even some of the pouches are lined with foil paper which is.not good as well . The best bet is glass or ceramic bowl t. That's what i use for moin moin

You do not need to soak the beans overnight, once you wash it, in the next 5 mins you can use your food processor to remove the skin( it’s a skill you need to learn). You do not need to use Nylon as it causes cancer, you can use foil if you do not have small stainless steel bowls or leaves.
