This is quite expensive, if you buy 1 kilo of pure protein powder for 44 euros, that is 100 grams of 26 eggs for € 4.40, so 18 eggs yield less than 100 grams, plus the cost of the oven time.

@@Marjara5 there are other options for eggs in most countries. Personally we buy eggs directly from the Hutterites at about 1/2 the price of grocery store eggs. Here, electricity is cheap so this saves me a ton of money. A cheaper dehydration method is a proper dehydrator. It’s also a great option if you have your own chickens.
