That's so cool how instead of being like, "if I can't make this, no one can!" that they decided to share it with everyone. Sucks that they went out of business tho

It really is awesome!! like I get why some companies don't do it, you never know if you can come back, but at the same time good for them for just releasing it anyway. They knew they had something awesome

@@SauceStache I don't think releasing the recipe necessarily prevents them from coming back either. People love convenience foods. I've watched plenty of videos on fermentation and tofu making, but at the end of the day I still buy my kombucha, kimchi, and tofu. I love making my own vegan cheeses, but I still buy the pre-made stuff. I think it's a good PR move in case they ever get funding again because it shows that they're not gatekeeping, you know?

@@watkinsabob123a half sheet pan is 18” x 13” , which is what your standard cookie sheet pan is that people will have at home. The kind of processed food carnists love to hate on, despite the fact that the real thing is a class 1 carcinogen. This looks pretty good. So I think my 9x12 cookie sheet will be the correct size, since you said you used a larger pan. Reading the comments I have learned that we both were wrong. You really had a 1/2 sheet and not a full size and my cookie sheet was really too small. 🤦🏾 BUT it still came out delicious! It fried up very well and was chewy like real meat. I have almost eaten the entire pan!! It keeps you coming back for more and more! Great recipe, THANKS!! By the way, will use the correct size pan the next time I make it👍🏾
