Dont u think desi ghee 27 dollar ka 1.6 kg sasta pdta hai butter k comparison. I also thought that i will not buy ghee this time and make ghee from butter so i thought i should watch video which butter shoulf i buy here in canada to make ghee. And i saw ur video. Your work is really good ofcourse❤❤. U know after converting butter into ghee the quantity becomes so less so i think it costs more as compare to ghee.
@HarleenKhatiJoshi9 ай бұрын
It’s not the case. The quality and aroma of homemade ghee is many times better than that of the market. Economically they are the same. The 454 gm butter is available for $7. So, you get 1.8 kg of butter from market from which you can easily get 1.6 kg of ghee same as market price. To get more yield of ghee from butter, the secret lies in the technique, in my video I have explained to yield ghee at low temperature, it may take a bit more time but the result will be high yield ghee of great quality and purity. Enjoy !

In one packet how much ghee we get
@HarleenKhatiJoshi2 жыл бұрын
It depends on the technique. Assuming you follow my technique and the butter packet is 500 gm, you can expect a residual of 5-6 tablespoons which will go waste, rest of it will be ghee. I personally don’t compare the economicity of the homemade ghee with the market ghee because the overall quality, purity and peace of mind that you get from homemade ghee can’t be compared with the market ghee. I hope that I was able to answer your query. Please feel free to ask any follow up questions and thank you for viewing my videos.

@HarleenKhatiJoshi2 жыл бұрын
It’s s totally depends upon quantity of butter. If you are using 1 Pack of butter (500g) then we can estimate time increase around up to 5 to 10 minutes.
