Really appreciate having an early build guide since it's still pretty early and most people most likely won't have the late game stuff just quite yet, so a lot of the other guides while useful later aren't all that helpful rn. To get there we need to acc clear early game which while not hard, still benefits from the tips here

I went for her bc I adore her character and faction! I probably will try for Zhu Yuan too bc I like them and they seem the most fun so far! I know we’re going to get crazier units moving forward but I’m gonna hold out for Section 6 units or whoever appeals to me the most next. I do really want to play Miyabi too, but I hope she comes out further down the line as you predict. I’m just gonna have fun with Ellen/Von team ups to start!

Hey, having Koleda and Soldier 11 at the start is still pretty fire (literally) because it's actually really hard to come up with an "optimal" team right now. Since you already have both of them, you can fully invest in their team without worrying about how you're just picking up scraps to build a sub-optimal team. You can go mono fire (S11, Koleda, Ben/Lucy). If you don't like Ben and don't have Lucy, then you can switch them with Grace or Nicole (You can also use Nicole for Zhu Yuan team later on!).

So, I finally got Ellen's W-Engine today, but I am a bit confused on the text. Basic attacks give you a crit rate buff, and then dash attacks give you an ADDITIONAL crit rate buff, but then at the end it says each value is calculated separately. Does it matter what order I attack in to get the buffs? Do I HAVE to do a basic attack and then dash attack to activate the 20% total crit rate buff? Or, can I do the loop you're meant to do with Ellen and dash attack first, and then basic?

Klee definitely got powercrept I can agree with... but Seele? uh no lol. mono quantum with Seele, Sparkle, Silver Wolf, and Fu Xuan is still super solid and easily clears any content you put her in. powercreep is such an overused word.

⁠@@adachilordofthelettuce9732you can also clear any content with Klee. Seele being able to clear content with good investment =/= her not being powercrept. Mono quantum itself has been powercrept by weakness implant. There’s no point in playing that team anymore from a meta perspective.

Bro, are you pulling and building every character like you for Genshin? Personally I hate that she's a shark and have no interest in any of the furry designs. (The least they could have done was give her the anime sharp teeth.) But we do know that skins are coming and we already see her in her casual clothes in game. She's also one of the canonical high school girls who zips around so I'm hoping we get PE bloomers skin or sailor fuku with the slice of toast hanging from her mouth. She's going to age okay not because of her power but her crazy mobility in and out of combat. User skill matters more here than in Genshin or HSR. And lest we forget, this is Mihoyo -- the entire ice element will age like ice cream in the sun.

A) She... has sharp teeth. B) Ice is good in both, HI3 and HSR. Why would it age badly? The only reason ice is worse in Genshin is because they don't do anything with it.

Ice (Cryo) is only subpar in Genshin, and only because they nerfed Freeze into the ground after Ayaka Freeze trampled over all the existing content at the time.

It's too risky to pull on 1.0 banners. Seele and Venti are the examples. They are op in 1.0 and maybe in 1.1, but then they fall off completely and compered to new characters they are regarded as underwhelming. I would recommend for everyone that likes her and is a meta playerI would recommend to wait for her rerun and see if she is good then.

to be fair Venti is a bad example considering how broken he truly was, they even revamped the Abyss to hard counter him just to actually make the endgame content "hard". If they never changed the Abyss then Venti would still be a S tier unit. We can even see a glimpse of his past power in IT. Seele is still a great unit that easily clears whatever content you throw at her, as long as it's the mono quantum team.
