Using a drone (this vid uses content from a DJI Mini 2) you can automatically take pictures to create a sphere and then compile it in-app to make a full-360 image (then even Tiny Planets).
To make a high quality image though, you can manually stitch the images using PTGui.
1. Download the images from your drone. (With Mini 2, you need to first power it on, then plug it in to PC)
2. Open PTGui and import images 2-26 (25 total, first shot is redundant with Mini 2)
3. Project -- Align to Grid
4. Select your first column (including the dead bottom picture) of 4 pictures and apply the alignment (follow vid for more explanation)
5. Select images 5-25, set the right Shooting Configuration and under Horizontal axis, select the "Stretch to a 360* panorama" radial button
6. Apply and then go back to the main page (Project Assistant) and under "2. Set up panorama" click on "Align Images" button
7. Create panorama
You can also use the Insta 360 Studio app to make high quality Tiny Planet pictures (and use their Color Plus feature).

I think this must be the only tutorial on this specific issue.
