I just want to say thanks for the content I just started watching this morning !! This video is to watch a few more times! I've been doing weight training for almost 2 years and trying to eat healthy, but I still have a layer of 10 or 15 kilos of fat in my body. I'm realizing that what you sometimes read about not doing cardio when you are over 45 is actually false. I'm going to start doing cardio together with the weight training.

Cardio is to strengthen your cardiovascular system!!! Your heart and blood vessels have a muscle type called "smooth"!! Most people do cardio for fat loss, thats the wrong idea!! To lose body fat add muscle by resistance training and an awesome style of eating and stay away from carbs if you can. If you can't only eat them around vigorous exercise and activity!!!

You can’t really target fat in one area. You need to be in a slight calorie deficit to lose excess body fat, and eventually, you will lose it there too.

Instead of dropping the carbs, you should drop the fat to make up for increased protein consumption in the Mediterranean diet. Muscles need carbohydrates and fat for regeneration and growth. Fat holds no place there but taking up extra calories. Fats are also worth more than twice as many calories as carbs and protein

It depends on what is causing the problem. You have the most to gain from reversing turtling, with other issues being lesser. Repairing a blood flow issue not only increases size and hardness but also makes it much easier to become fully erect when needed.

I noticed butter wasn't a healthy fat. Interesting. I also noticed that all animal fat wasn't on the list. Interesting. Let me enlighten you. Fat is where the vitamins are stored and also how we digest most of our vitamins. Fat then is where animal vitamins are and boy oh boy, there are lots of vitamins! I'd argue a lot more than what you can absorb from plants, especially if you're eating the seeds/skins and not cooking them at all! So much popular media has us only looking at plants for healthy fats but even the healthiest fats from plants are NOT as compatible with our body as animal fats. Despite popular Google searches telling you to eat more poly-unsaturated fats, look up what fats oxidize more, PUFAs or SFAs? What produces more linoleic acid (instead of oleic which is beneficial)? Do PUFAs break down (no they don't and that's mainly the problem: they get shuttled around but mostly unusable and hard to filter out of body)? Does eating more animals cause gallbladder problems or are they more apparent in vegans, vegetarians, and diabetics (gallbladder necessary for fat digestion by the way)? One kind of fat clogs you and doesn't give you energy and the mass-production of these fats through high heat and thinners/solvents creates artificial trans fat (only way it's made, look it up!) and by law, anything under a half gram per serving doesn't have to be stated. Artificial trans fat is in almost ALL processed and restaurant foods. This is even the reason fried foods are "bad for us" because of what they're fried in. Is it unhealthy to fry in beef fat? The answer may and will surprise you! I eat mostly saturated fat (around 400 grams daily) from meat, butter, yogurt, and cheese. After 2 years of that diet I had a blood test that showed my triglycerides, LDL, HDL, blood glucose, and all other categories in the ideal range. I'm 8-9% bodyfat all the time without trying, though I do work out often, but not to obtain body builder looks I'm not telling everyone to go carnivore, but I am saying flip your understanding. Do more research and by that, avoid things like "this study shows red meat causes blank"; instead click on it, find that study, and note that it's not really studying meat but overall statistics on meat eaters (and everything ELSE they do and eat, like getting a worthless salad and dumping industrial-quality oils on it (in the dressing) to be "healthy" when they should've stuck with the steak and left it at the steak. Studies that study exactly that show ruminant meats are the best food in the world and decrease unhealthy cholesterol, blood pressure, diabetes, and most negative health markers. Meat > Veggies, not the other way around. Stop demonizing meat when most meat is mixed with SOY, high fructose CORN SYRUP, SEED OILS, FLOUR, unclean spices (high glyphosate), and the rest of the meal and dessert! Consider is meat really as bad as a pastry, a loaf of bread, fruit snacks, or chips?
