My height is 5,4 My neck is 11.5inch And my waist is 36 It says my body fat is 35 percent, not terrible?

You can lose 30 pounds in 6 weeks, 1-2 per week seems incredibly slow.

The faster you lose weight, the greater the risk of losing muscle instead of fat. Resistance training can offset this, but even that won’t be enough if you cut too fast. The rule of thumb for weight loss based on body weight is to keep your weight loss to around 1% or less of your body weight.

11%? How does that compare to the number you got from other bodyfat analysis methods? Just visually, I would’ve assumed that was a bodyfat below 10%

Excellent video and explanations. Answered a lot of the questions I had after reading about HST on various websites. I could have done without the bowtie and with a T-shirt on though. 🙂 But thank you nevertheless.

46 here, full body for 90 mins mon, tues,Friday. Tuesdays and Thursday are for cycling classes. Weekends off for recovery

I am 17 and currently lost a few inches of height. Its very noticable and many people have commented about it. Not just my height, but my whole body overall. This has never happened to me before. What do i do?
