Make it Happen 2022 EP6 - Yeppoon to Whitsundays & back in our 2400 Kevlacat, Heave Ho

Join us on our recent trip from Yeppoon to the Whitsundays & back in our 2400 Kevlacat Trailerboat, Heave Ho.
This trip was shorter than last year with us only being gone for just under 1 month. We were plagued by bad weather unfortunately but that didn't stop us proving you can do it safely again!
In this episode, we leave the Percy's and head for home. We get a few nice fish on route to Keppel, spend a day or so there before heading for Yeppoon.

Sounds like you are both on the same page which is awesome! I’ve been looking at sail cats around the 42-45’ and they are so damn expensive during COVID till now.. $500k + The only power I would look at is a 40’ displacement twin diesel cat and few and far between.. sail is more cost efficient definately unless you want to spend $1000 per week on fuel. Cannot wait to see what you guys end up with! Stay safe!

Yep, we agree with everything you said. Itll be a case of getting ready to get something and when the right one that suits comes up.. jump on it I guess? In the meantime we'll try and get on as many different ones as we can to get a jist of what we want
