I've used batting on junk journals that I have made with cereal boxes. It really adds a nice softness when you are covering the journal in material. The fabric you used is beautiful. I love green and turquoise. Great idea for this composition Midori. Imperfections are ok with handmade stuff. It turned out beautiful!

Great project, Tonya, and I love the fabric! (Btw, I think there may be fingerprints or something on your camera lens? If you give it a good wipe with microfiber or a soft cloth before filming, I think your video may come out clearer :)

This is a great idea I bought a Walmart book and it’s a little different than yours it’s amazing how many different kinds will show up but definitely going to have to try what you did looks like a lot of fun it gives me an idea for pages I just print it off of one of the video sites and not sure what to do with them as I didn’t have a book but with the notebook it’ll work fine❤
