(Baking method when using a new mold)
① Wash the mold with detergent, wipe off the moisture, and bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes. (With lid)
(2) While the mold is hot, wipe off oil and dirt with a dry cloth and allow to cool.
③ Lightly apply cooking oil to the inside of the mold and lid.
④ Furthermore, bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for about 15 minutes to finish. (It will be lighter brown, but it's okay)
If the mold release is bad, repeat several times.
After using the mold, just wipe it off without washing. As a rule, no matter how many times you use it, it should not be washed.
