The sub-biomes come with the different building ranks. You can check which ones are available on the wiki. (Also the VAB has a biome you can miss on it's level 2 incarnation.)

Just a thought. Have you grabbed the science at the other launch locations, just under the launch tab, there is a grey tab you can use to change your launch location.

Just in case you don't know, before you unlock EVAs off kerbin's surface by upgrading the astronaut building you can still get EVA reports while flying low over different biomes by jumping off the ground and quickly taking one midair, even if it is pretty cheesy 🧀

You can get science in career mode at the "Micro-Biomes" (Like each dish individually) around the KSC as I know I have done it in the past. It might be that you need to upgrade the buildings as I know that when I did it my buildings were upgraded, but I cannot say definitively that is what is causing your issue. It might also be parallax moving ground hitboxs around or some other mod issue like that. P.S. [X] Science Continued. Some missions give science points as a reward, EVA reports in space are also biome unique so the Astronaut Complex upgrade is a way to unlock more science.

Hey Vaos, when you get/use the experiment storage unit (or whatever its called) you should put the Storage unit and the Science Jr. and Mystery Goo all on 1 quick action Theres this neat trick where if you reset any science experiment AND collect it at the same time, you dont need a scientist to reset the moduels. Very handy on multi-science missions where you only have 1 science unit but go to several different biomes

04:45 VAOS should search: - near administration and astronaut complex for flag with it's own biome. (yes, that one at 06:24) - at new buildings for sub-biomes - after each step of upgrading buildings (no new parts at runway, launchpad and mission control). 08:10 At desert biome (and any other, if possible - such as badlands) better to splash in some local lake - to get "splashed down at" set of data and after that push to the coast and get "landed at" set in the same flight... (little secret: there are places on Kerbin where you cold get datasets for "splashed down at highlands" and even "at mountains"...)

Mistakes are only mistakes if you don't learn from them. Unlocking a suboptimal node is a mistake EVERYONE has made... You just happened to be filming while making it. Keep up the good work, I'm digging the series

How fast rover can you build using electric rotors (from dlc)? For me is almost 45 m/s and as wheels I use structural beams. I wondered if someone can build something faster

That science comes with upgrading the buildings as well as the other bonuses like bigger crafts, samples, etc.

VAOS if you upgrade the astronaut complex you can EVA during flight, so you can get the science from overflying biomes on kerbin

Not sure if you know this by the way, but you don't have to full blast the rocket engines. Shift and ctrl subtly increase and decrease throttle, very handy for these ground based missions where too fast is dangerous, as well as fuel saving and precision maneuvers

@@Concavenator_corcovatus you can tell by how it just jumps to full throttle very quickly that he's just using Max and min throttle keys. I've noticed it across most videos in the series so far. Though with the grind he's going through i wouldn't be surprised if it is purposeful

I believe scott did a video on this years ago. but KSP aerodynamics isn’t even close to reality. in testing it’s actually more efficient to burn hard (in game) then it is to throttle. Sounds counter intuitive but test it and see for yourself. I will as well. hell, maybe im the idiot here 🫠

Please consider a clan mod called ‘[x]Science Continued’ which shows everywhere and what type of science data can be taken. Makes sure you don’t miss out any. Doesn’t ‘cheat’, just keeps track of where you’ve been and where you haven’t. 😊
