One advice I can give you is don‘t chase a feeling. Go through the emotions you‘re dealing with right now. Go within yourself and see if you‘re suppressing emotions such as anxiety for example. It‘s very uncomfortable to go through emotions like anxiety but only by feeling them entirely you‘ll heal emotionally and automatically become more happy over time. Also, when feeling an emotion don‘t try to push them away nor react to them. Just let them flow and don‘t react at all.

Last year was not a good year for me, struggled a lot mentally and thought i no purpose, even had passive suicidal thoughts. I felt lonely and didnt know why i even existed. This year its going better. I think ive got my mental state under control and these videos help me alot to. So thank you. I always thought love could make me happy, but now i know that i first needed to love myself and accept who i am. To love someone else. I hope this year i will be better then ever before. Doing things with intention and experience live to the fullest. Bless you all and please love yourself

I don’t really think there’s luck, it’s a term thrown around so much that it has lost its real meaning, when preparation meets opportunity. You mentioned earlier about the 99% that people don’t see. I don’t think it’s a ‘’ I think’’ mane, I think it is a should. Life becomes a lot more beautiful when it is intimate. On your other video, you talk about the way how we perceive ourselves is how we could perceive the world. I think the first step to take in all that is to first identify the beliefs that we hold about ourselves and understand them. There is more to it of course, I am 17 and navigating my own journey🏃‍♀️
