Ballet For A Girl in Buckhannon- the best piece of rock music ever written. I turned to my friend at a Chicago concert. They started with this number. When they ended, I told him I could leave now, because I have just heard the essence of Chicago. I get chills when I hear this, and a few tears

Man they are really starting to Gel with the new members, love the horns and the vocals of Robert Lamm, he does the songs Terry Kath sang so much better than some of the others ! Time for a new album !

Going to see them next week. Last saw them in 1977. They are sounding good although I have to say i absolutely hate the drumming. One of the highlights of Chicago was Danny Seraphine’s drumming. Really thoughtful and musical drumming and exceptional fills. This guy is just pounding through with no nuance whatsoever. And double kick pedal. Ugh.
