I would say something happened before the incident or the white team started talking trash. What's the ruling on trashing talk or any kind of body language that indicates you are disrespecting them because the black team was winning. Why would the black team be angry? They are up by 30. Did the refs let the game get out of hand to start with? I agree with all the rules listed below, but more to the story.

These are all good points and it all depends on the temperature of the game. Referees should be on higher alert for taunting & trash talk in blowouts. That does not mean in close games that it is allowed but to be more aware of raised temperature.
