I had to come back and say that I am not a big fan of fennel seeds but oh my it’s so good in doodpathi. Never thought of adding fennel seeds to it before. This is the best way !!! Can’t wait for more videos

Thank you for posting this! I remember your mom’s chai and it was amazing. I started making chai from the way you guys made it at your place and still my favourite way to have it: lots of fennel seeds, cardamom, 1 cinammon stick but I also add anise star. I make it in the open pot just like that. I would love to see more recipes! Need to learn the authentic way :) post more recipes please! ~ Nida

In Sha Allah I will try the chai and dudh patti versions. Never knew the Pakistani tea recipes are different until I watched this video. :) In fact I added a pinch of fennel seed to my instant karak chai this morning. Smells refreshing. pardon for intruding Madam.We in India consume tea prepared in the similar way ,We call mali chai. During winter we add a dash of instant coffee on the tea which is very refreshing and boosting to the mood. that was a very nice way of demonstration I should say.

I put 1cup of water 1cup of milk bring to boil add 1tsp of loose tea or Tea bags ,add cardamom, pinch cinnamon keep boiling until desired color.

Not a good idea to make different types of chai in one video. And asking her question ( why do you ...) while she is not finished, makes chai making too boring n confusing. Make simple step-by-step video for every type of chai .
