Angela, I am so excited to have found you! Art is a huge part of my healing and your heart led (heart sing!) painting style makes my heart sing! Looking forward to learning more...... Thank you!!

I love this. It makes me feel joy, as well. I encourage you to continue with your "secret sparkly addiction". Never be afraid to post a 6 minute painting or a 1 minute painting. If it's "inspired" then the amount of time spent painting does not matter! I love the large one, as well.

I love abstract painting it's what I do 95% of the time for all the reasons you mentioned, it brings such joy and happiness to me. If anything I wish there were more Abstract Watercolour Lessons, or techniques. Watercolour abstract paintings are simply gorgeous. Thank you so much for this inspiring video Angela :)

HI Angela! 2 more gorgeous (and huge! Good for you) florals/paintings that really push a person out of their comfort zone. LOVED the small one! Gorgeous! I also appreciate the "banners" of info that pop up and jiggle to alert us to info. I value and appreciate your video gifts, and feel quite distracted by the moving flags of info. I find myself not listening to you, but focusing entirely on the flags. Sorry! Thank you for all you do for us, Angela!

this is truly inspiring...........I've been painting on and off for a few years, and find that I've almost become "afraid" of watercolor painting, as I try so hard to make something truly realistic and technically "perfect", that it's become somewhat stifling rather than enjoying...........I can just think how I've actually ruined some of my paintings, as I would say add a little more of this or that, etc etc and before I knew it, I would end up with an overworked "mess", that was far worse than if I had stopped sooner........I like your approach to be free and fearless and enjoy watching the colors flow, the effects that form, etc., and then become more creative because of that looseness.............I really like the paintings you've shown here, both large and small.........they're interesting to look at.........I think inspire different thoughts, ie for me, partly a galaxy type effect, etc.............love it............thanks Angela for your encouragement and for me, almost return to the playfulness I had when I was a kid, without that tenseness and tightness of fearing the result so much

Angela, I love what you did here with the Schmincke Aqua-bronze. You are such an inspiration. You’ve mentioned you want to check out using inks. Jane Betteridge has a new book out called Dynamic Watercolors and she uses acrylic inks with watercolors plus a granulation medium and gets some wild effects with it. She has a couple of snipets on the SAA KZbin site showing how she uses the granulation medium too. Thank you for all that you do I am loving the Watercolor workout course.

Angela i just love those colors coming together. Is that gold a powder like brusho? Have u ever explored bombay ink and watercolor? Some of the paintings i like that i do are ink and watercolor. Ink can become a background or a sky or a forground of greens that flowers are painted into. Easy and cool how the ink when touched on water on the paper makes shapes, instead of painting bushes or leaves. I really like this video. So fun to see what shapes appear flowing together. Thanks for the video. Much appreciated.

Both the original and today’s painting are beautiful! You make it look so effortless! I am not ready to add neutral tint to my palette, can I substitute soda light genuine? Payne’s gray? Thanks!

Hi Angela, I tried this today and it was a disaster, but I had fun. This is such a beautiful painting. Is this something that you would decide to frame and put in a gallery or sell? I'm always curious if the paintings that you create on KZbin will end up for sale or in a gallery. I do realize many are warmups, but you have also painted so many that are masterpieces!

I love your flower and I love the abstract painting. Practice is key. A question: how do you keep your paints so fresh? They look like been squeezed from the tube. Mine, no matter what, seem to be hard and dry even after I put some water in them.

ANGELA...AS ALWAYS, LOVE WHAT YOU ACCOMPLISH IN JUST A FEW MOMENTS...PARTICULARLY WITH THE FLORALS. I HAVE A QUESTION OF SORTS...SEVERAL YEARS AGO I BOUGHT SOME OF THE SCHMINCKE POWDERS, AND WONDER IF PERHAPS THEY'VE CHANGED THEIR FORMULA...BECAUSE AFTER DRYING, MY POWDERS WOULD BRUSH OFF THE PAINTING. I NOTICE THAT NOW THERE IS A BINDER LISTED IN THE DESCRIPTION OF THESE POWDERS, SO THAT SHOULD TAKE CARE OF THINGS...OF COURSE I CAN CONTACT SCHMINCKE, BUT IT'S MORE FUN WRITING TO YOU! THANKS FOR YOUR GENEROSITY IN SHARING YOUR KNOWLEDGE AND CREATIONS.

At about the 10:00 minute mark before you added the neutral tint and told us to squint our eyes at it, when I did, I saw a mermaid sitting in a shell or on a rock. The bronze part would be her torso. The pink is the shell. Anyone else see that? 🧜🏼♀️

Sometimes things get confusing. During the video, it states that you are using Quin Magenta in a big pink arrow but in the description area, it says that your supplies include DS Opera Pink. It looks like Opera Pink. Which is it?
