love your stuff blac, every situation is different in many ways, some of these videos are great and make sense, but there's many specifics that are not taken into account, especially my current situation with my ex of 5 weeks now. she's 60 just turned and has stress and other issues that caused us to break up, she's even said ive done nothing wrong, could be some hormone troubles thrown in as well. feelings have changed she says, but i believe they are still there masked under all these problems she has. so now going no contact, see if that helps.

Hey coach, I'm trying to trust the process but it feels hopeless. We've been split 8 months now. She reached out back in September and I reached out in October after which we blocked each other but it's been a solid 4 months of no contact now. She said I treated her very well and has nothing against me but it wasn't enough. Yep. I have my 3 year ex at work. He was my best friend/ only friend in highschool. I still have his highschool letters after almost 20 years. I am still friendly to talk in our lunch breaks. Even my boyfriend joins in to know everything wrong about me for 6 years of my life. Yeah I loved him. It sucked but I planned the break up for 4 months while pretending everything is all good to his face. I grieved the end of the relationship every alone moment in the car. To his face, I worked hard and I was nicer hoping he would make the necessary changes to be with me. When I was done grieving... I accepted and became optimistic about a single life without him. I finally expressed my need to break up. He felt like I should be begging for him to stay when I know he will never compromise to my needs and he is better off without me. I told of the problems once and he wanted to argue about it 6 months prior and other problems compounded in my head causing the grieving period. It took 4 months after he left the house for him to apologize for how he treated my mom and step daughter, say that he should have apologized to them knowing they are important to me, and they should have been welcome to come over for holidays and birthdays. I felt like I had to sacrifice my family to be with him and they will always see him as an asshole when I needed them to know why I love and appreciate him. I cried for the first time in front of him for three years because I needed that of him 10 months ago and sacrificing my family for him seemed too great.
