I have been fighting aging hands for some time now. Bulging veins, dark spots, dryness, wrinkles, and thinning. I’ve tried many of these great tips and they are definitely helpful. One more thing that I added to my arsenal a few months ago, was red light therapy. I invested in (made a dent in my pocketbook) an Omnilux Red Light Glove. I use it once a day 10-15 minutes in each hand at night after going to bed. I have actually seen an improvement. My skin seems thicker, I guess it is improving the collagen. And the wrinkles have lessened a bit. It’s not a quick fix or a miracle, but I have definitely seen an improvement. Thanks for this video! I enjoyed your tips. PS…your skin is beautiful!

Great video, thank you! Might you please do one on finger nails, too? Mine have become so ridged and at the tips those little ridges splinter, peel, and or break off in little chunks. I use a heavy duty form of Vaseline named Bag Balm (a very little bit goes a long way) every time my hands get wet. At night, in addition to various potions for the skin on the tops of my hands, I massage a "generous" application (the size of a pea for each hand) of Bag Balm into my nails and put on cotton gloves. Very important the skin and nails are well hydrated before applying any products. AND, while watching TV, put the Bag Balm on hydrated nails and the knuckle directly above them, then with one hand in a loose fist, massage the knuckles of the other hand horizontally across the four nails aiming at the nail bed to stimulate blood flow. No need to exert much pressure, harder is not better. For the thumbs, and you can do them both at the sane time if you wish, curve your index finger around the nail and move the thumb in and out underneath the index finger. You will notice an appreciable difference in the length in a few weeks. And it probably makes the nails stronger too, but mine still have the problems described above. What more can you suggest? Funny, I just bought Minimalist aloha lipoic-glycloic acid cleanser for $10USD. So affordable. I wanted something to use before I do my face peels. I put a drop of tretinoin .1% on the tops of my hands at night. It is helping a lot. Terrific tips here

Can you please tell me how to ensure we buy a genuine “Faded topical cream”. The Amazon link is out of stock and there are many similar products at varying prices on the web. Some have “Faded” but they mention it is “unbranded”. Thank you for the video!!!

How often to use the glycolic acid peel on backs of hands? Weekly? Would the Cera Ve SA exfoliating body wash with hyaluronic acid (that you recommend for crepey skin) work as well??

Once a week yes. The peel is much stronger than the body wash, but you could easily use that daily for skin texture.

Alpha arbutin Serum first, then faded cream leave on overnight. Peel once a week or even once a fortnight. Moisturisers daily
