Oh...I really wish this had English subtitles or explain in description. I had a friend translate years ago. And I can't remember now. Lol I am making this my self. What a beautiful peice of work. And its comparable to a 800 to 5000 dollar machine. It really works. And my first one I made...tho really bad mock up....I can bind one book in under a minute. Amazing....fast...truly. Thank you so much. This little machine has changed my life.

Well done, sir! I would remind folks who are watching that you need to rough the paper along the spine of the book pages before you apply the glue; it makes for a better glue joint. Ah, one more project to do.... =D

Interesting idea. But would be more efficient in horizontal position, without that rotation for gluing... And why you use hot glue instead of PVA?

German engineering! :D Aber ich muss schon sagen, die Idee ist echt genial. Viele andere Methoden, wie man ein Buch am besten bindet (oder verklebt) waren deutlich zeitaufwendiger und teil auch kostspieliger. Also ich finde es echt hammer.

Good day, Albert! Would it be possible to provide a walkthrough on another video showing how this wonderful and amazing machine is build with the corresponding measurement for each piece of the entire set-up? I've seen the other vid, and it was kinda blurry with the tape measure and quite hard to grasp for people like me with no woodworking experience. I'm pretty sure it will help some more people even without the aid of an english subtitle, just the measurement of the pieces in english and simple instructions would really help so much. Thank you so much in advance if you can.

thank you for the reply. just by searching on google I found some sticks which are slow set. I think these might dry slower. my gun is 20W only. I hope they will do the job.

Den Umschlag mache ich mit Fotopapier, 180 oder 240 gr. Danach plastifizier ich ihn heiss mit BOPP folie. Kann auch eine andere sein. ist dann wasserabweisend und UV geschuetzt und etwas dicker der Umschlag.

Hello, thank you for the tutorial. I am having a problem with the glue. I bought a cheap glue gun with glue sticks. the problem I am having is that the glue dries in two seconds and I cannot set it correctly on the book's side. do you know if there are glue sticks to dry slowly? Which gun and glue are you using? thank you very much.

First roughly apply the adhesive, then close the spine and iron it on.

well, first time i had the same problem. this cheaps glue guns get little temperature, therefore I bought a half professional gun with 250 W. You have to wait until the glue is liquid like water. but anyway you have to work quickly. I hope I could help you. Thanks for enjoying this vídeo.
