Have absolutely no idea about horse tack (or horses for that matter), but really enjoy watching you make it. Always learning something new. Thanks for the video! :)

I was looking for a tutorial for hand-tying a beaded macramé traditional Arabian halter, and somehow ended up watching this--and just couldn't stop watching. I also love leather work, and deeply admire the professional at work! Thank you for an informative and enjoyable video!

Excellent video with detailed running commentary. I am not sure I could pull it off wearing one myself, but I am sure family members would love one. Thanks for the video.

@@JHLeather I showed this video to one of my relatives the other day, to which she showed me a photo of her horse with basically the same brow band. Then asked me "can you make me one with tassels?" I am just waiting for that video then Jo. lmao.

LOVE your videos! I was wondering if you use a leather sealer on any of your products, to keep the stain from bleeding or anything like that. Excited for more videos! :)

This is really cool. I've always wondered how those pretty browbands were made. Thank god for KZbin tutorials! What is that foam made out of? I always thought it was just a piece of really soft leather.

I use a 6mm foam called plastazote, but you can also use neoprene.

How would you make the channel for a channeled browband to fit beads or rhinestones? You have the best bridle making videos I’ve seen by far! Just awesome

Hey Maddie, yes you would cut a channel for them. I have an old video with this method on a dog collar kzbin.info/www/bejne/ipmpamugbcuksMU you would use the same method on a browband. Hope that helps.

Hello, I absolutely love your videos! 😊 Everything is well explained and they are super helpful. I' ve seen them all. I have just two questions: Where do you get the clincher links? I was looking on the internet and it's hatd to find them... I'm also wandering which size of clinchers do you use for 5/8 inch wide stripe of leather... I'm not sure if mentioned in the video. Thank you for all your amazing videos 😉 I admire your work.

That's great to hear 😁 I buy my clinchers from Abbey England, (they do international shipping if you are outside the UK). For a 5/8" strap I use 1/4" clinchers. Thanks Jo

That was really interesting to watch. Out of curiosity, how long did that take to complete, from start to finish?

They usually take me about 2 1/2hrs I think, they don't get ordered very often so I'm not 100% sure.

When cutting out the shape of the padding foam can you use scissors?

You can do but a knife is better as you will have a smooth edge.
