Hi chao! 12oz is about 350ml right? But 150ml water + 50-60ml (2oz) espresso shot won’t be enough to fill a 12oz cup cos that will only give us 200-210 of hot americano. What to do? Tia

That is absolutely fine. You may add more water if you wish to make it full to the top making the taste less concentrated.

if base on grams it will yield to 1:2 or 1:2.5, for me 19g of coffee yield to 40-45grams of liquid in 25-30secs, it reach to 50-60ml because of crema.

Hello, no. For hot drinks with steamed milk I don't put sugar or any sweetener unless they are flavoured with syrup. The steaming process breaks the milk down making it naturally sweeter. I only make them sweet for iced drinks :-)
