Ingredients per 1 kg
Pork belly / undercuts - 700 g
Pork fillet/shoulder - 300 g
salt - 15 g
Dry adjika - 1st tsp.
Black ground pepper - 1/2 tsp
Paprika - 1/3 tsp
Dried Garlic - ¼ tsp
Vodka/Cognac - 15 ml
Ice water - 100 ml
Garlic - 2 cloves + 2 tbsp water
