I am deeply in love with this guy, I met him sometime ago already but he was in a relationship. So I moved on, until he broke up with her. We started to see each other everyday but as friends, nothing more. Yesterday we was at a friend's place and when I got to the living room I saw him in the sofa with an another friend of mine that he just met, she had her hand on his lap and they were cuddling. I was already tryharding subliminals for some days, everything night I listened to a playlist over and over again... So I isolated myself in a room as I didn't wan't to see this. When I came back she was sitting on his lap. I am so fucking devastated. I talked about it this morning with someone I met at a party, and he motivates me to tell him what I feel. So I did it. And he said that he loves me too but he couldn't love me more than as friends. I'm sorry to write some negative experience here but I'm so devastated, my heart is physically in pain, I can't stand it anymore, so to anyone with the same experience, did subliminals helped you? I can't stand the fact that everytime I fall in love with someone I'm always the one to be hurt.

I can understand your pain...& i would suggest that you stop being a shoulder to him...be reserved & start working on yourself. Don't be available to him as a friend. Start distancing yourself. You don't deserve to be treated like this.
