This is all such great content! And at time stamp starting at 4:01, all the yes'es. I'm very transparent with my team in sharing that I'm a work in progress, and I encourage feedback on what I'm doing well that is helpful & support and at the same time what do I need to do less of or change if it isn't effective and helpful. I ask this in every 1:1 meeting and over time staff will open up & share the good, the bad, the ugly & the great. Feedback is a 2-way street.
