Do you think soft management is the key in today’s workplace?

Great question. I try and stay away from the word soft to describe the skills that are actually harder than the tactical skills, but I understand what you're trying to communicate. I think that leaders that aware that they are dealing with humans and that there is a need to work through humans will always come out on top.
