In this cooking video, Vickie demonstrates how to make her Hamburger Quiche - a great recipe for an easy family dinner. The quiche can be assembled in 10 minutes and bakes in 35 to 45 minutes. She uses a frozen deep dish pie crust for added convenience. Ingredients: 9 inch deep dish pie crust 1/2 pound ground beef 1/2 cup real mayonnaise 1/2 cup milk 2 eggs, beaten 1 tablespoon cornstarch 1/4 cup chopped green onion 1/4 cup chopped green pepper 1 12 cups grated cheddar cheese or Swiss cheese salt and pepper.
Directions: Brown ground beef and drain. Mix mayonnaise, milk, cornstarch and eggs. Stir in the meat, cheese, green onion and green pepper. Stir in salt and pepper.
Pour into an unbaked frozen 9 inch deep dish pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes or until the center is set.
Serves 4 to 6
